Cancellation Policy

• Private and Signature tours: 20% cancellation fee for cancellations more than 72 hours in advance
• Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice are subject to a 100% charge
• Exceptions apply with a valid medical statement
• Weather-affected tours may be rescheduled or refunded
• For a child’s medical exception, the child and one accompanying adult are covered
